What do you get when you have fat free corn tortillas from El Milagro, cinnamon, ‘I can’t believe it’s not butter’ spray, and Splenda brown sugar? When you spray the tortillas with the butter and sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar on, you can then shape into a cone, place in a muffin tin to bake on 400 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until crispy). Then you can place a small scoop of Eddy’s sugar free and fat free ice cream in the center. For approximately 83 calories and no fat, you have a delicious dessert treat that even the toughest critics will love.
