I stopped blogging because life got a bit crazy. There were many demands on my time and just as many changes happening in my life. I had to stop and consider what was most important–and what can wait! So I took a step back and stopped blogging but I did not stop working on losing weight and my overall wellness. I continue to drop weight and feel stronger and healthier.
The biggest change came in the form of ownership of the weight loss groups. I had orginally been working for one company but they needed to stop offering the program. Thankfully I was able to hook up with another company (see post call “The New Boss”). We are still running a group on Wednesday night–new members are welcome. We are also going to be offering a Monday night group (5:30 – 7:00 pm) at the Berwyn Park District. They are offering two 9-week sessions. I am very excited to be expanding and working with even more people.
