John Bingham, The Penguin, has done this challenge before. I participated last year. I wish I can say I was able to be 100% but not so. I did though get very close. This year I started think about those days that I generally rest and decided that they will be strength days. I do not do enough of that so this is a good time to start to develop the habit. Check out the details below.
OK folks. The countdown has begun. Start making your plans now to join us for the 100 Days Challenge. It’s simple. All you need to do is move intentionally for 30 minutes EVERY day.
Run, walk, chase the baby, chase a squirrel, mow the lawn, clear the snow: just do it intentionally for 30 minutes.
The challenge officially starts on January 1, 2014, but there’s nothing to stop you from getting a head start. Just be sure to “Like” the 100 Days Challenge Page.
